The email gets sent out by independent feedback engine, feefo - so unfortunately there's only so much we can do with regards to the email. We'll certainly pass the suggestion on for you though.

My only criticism is when sending same message to several people (I normally send to no more than 6) I get to send and comes up with an error. Now only dare to do a max of 2 at a time

We have many users regularly sending over 100k messages at a time without any problems, this must be a local issue. We've been trying to contact you to help you fix this for some time now without success. Get in touch and we'll be happy to work with your IT dept to help get it sorted for you :)

Not user friendly when using through outlook, having to set templates up etc. Should be a very easy front end for users!

Unfortunately Outlook isn't our product, so there's very little we can do about the interface. However, we do have our own front end, NetMessenger which is very user friendly - you should give it a go!
