Hi, it looks like your items were delivered on Dec. 15th. We do aim to get your items to you within 48 hours, however, after speaking to the courier, they apologiesed for taking an extra 3 days to get your item to you due to the large volume of parcels they have received in your area. Apologies again about this, we hope that things should be back to normal after this extremely busy period.
