Thanks for the taking the time to review our products John, we're chuffed to hear you like the diamond core drills and are pleased with the Eternal Tools service.
The drill bit drilled out what I needed to, (broken exhaust stud) however the bit snapped under almost no pressure, both bits that I bought, I've carbide bits before and they weren't anywhere near as...

Good to speak with you on the phone a moment ago and that the issue has now been resolved. As we discussed, these are not to be used in a hand held drill, but in a pillar drill at very high speeds. We're pleased they did the job and have suggested an alternative router or end mill for the next job which can be used in a hand held rotary tool.
