The customer has been contacted, but there has been no reply. The dimensions stated in the product page technical tab are correct, and they provide sufficient information to gauge the size of the file prior to purchasing.

The dimensions stated in the product page technical tab are correct. Overall length: 180mm, Shaft: 5mm, Diamond length: 70mm, Handle diameter: 6mm. We contacted the customer to double-check they received the correct item, but no response.
Good quality products, quick delivery, no problems over many years using Eternal.
