Product is well-packaged and clearly labeled. Seems to help with arthritic inflammation, but difficult to quantify without a controlled trial (which would involve too much discomfort!).

This product was doctor recommended for my mother years ago for having the best results. I have been taking it ever since then.

As with the CoQ10 this is a very good product. It seems to have helped with the inflammation and pain of arthritis. Nothing helps 100%, but some relief helps.
