I received a 5% off coupon, but when I tried to use it in the app it would not work despite it clearly being in date according to the app itself.

I experienced a glitch when paying for my selected accommodation. I was worried my card would have been charged twice. Other than that I was able to get an excellent deal.

Very poor customer service. I didn’t get much help to sort out my flight.
Please improve your customer service as I have been passed on from 1 department to another, waiting for long periods on the phone but not getting the appropriate help at all.
