Do NOT sent a confirmation until the airline confirm the ticket.....arrived to the airport without ticket or place in the airplane.....my last booking with your company.....

Shocking customer service.
I wanted to change a hotel booking at short notice, there was no way to contact anybody. No email and when I rang all I got told was there was a technical error, ring back in 4 hours.

Easy to use website. My details except credit card stored so quick too.

Not good.
Quote on phone did not match on line rate and your operator argued about it.
I tried to book a car for six weeks but that was hopeless.
