SCAMMERS
They are scammers... My flight was cancelled and i didnt get refund, i cant even call them, i wait for hours on the line and noone answers.

Can't get through to the customer service
Flight has been cancelled (COVID-19), trying to get hold of them to obtain a refund with zero success. Been kept on hold for more than 3 hours; there's only so much that one can be kept on hold. Now...
