Extremely poor aftersales with illegal practices
My hotel booking was cancelled by the hotel however Ebookers would only offer a voucher to be used. I rang Ebookers customer services and after being on the call to them for 65 minutes they kept...

Hi there, we understand your disappointmnet. However, we are just abiding the terms and conditions provide to us by the hotel. We are sorry for the dispaointmnet it may have caused but the only option provide to us was to offer a voucher. Your voucher is succfully added into your account and is valid for 1 year.
