Quick refund
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my hotel, due to the pandemic. My refund was in my account 3 days later, Thank-you Ebookers!

Booking could be a bit easier/
Booking is fairly easy, unless you want to book multiple rooms or add a service that you'd forgotten to add. Only thing I could do was cancel the booking and remake it.
