The staff were very helpful and when I asked if my order could be completed by a certain time, they met with my request. I am certainly going to use them again.
On June 15th I placed my order. My son received it on July 5th. This is not Towels r Us fault but I suggest that they use a different courier. City link left it with a neighbour but did not inform...

They need to use a different courier. No attempt to deliver note. No note to inform where package was left. Therefore my son got his birthday present 2 weeks to late after having to chase up Towels R Us who in turn chased up City Link.
CHANGE YOUR COURIER TO A DECENT ONE.
Excellent service only bad point I would make is from order to when delivered it is quite a long time but this I expect is because I got towels embroidered
