Not comfortable ordering on line - they took my order over the phone and set up an account. Product arrived by Royal Mail very quickly and very good quality.
Thank you for your order. We offer our bags embroidered or with luggage tags, so on reviewing your order can see the holdall was ordered with the embroidery on the bag and the wash bag with the luggage tag set. We appreciate your feedback to consider how our customers perceive our products.
