1. Its legal.. i was afraid it's a scam but no..its totally legal.

Instructors are unfriendly!!!
The online test was great n very helpful but the physical test drive was terrible!!!! The instructor was not friendly at all n the entire driving experience was a nightmare!! It would help alot if...
