Thank you for choosing Drivers Ed of America. The voice verification system calls are mandatory for identity verification by the State of Texas. I'm sorry to hear that the voice verification gave you a hard time while verifying, background noise or a poor cellular signal may cause it to fail. The timers are also a mandatory for every chapter as per the State of Texas. We are glad you were able to complete the course!
