Horrible I wasn’t able to get my license with certification
They gave me my certificate without the barcode so I couldn’t get my license and had to repay & retake the 6 hour course . DONT recommend questions aren’t even about driving

We offer you our sincerest apologies for the troubles you have faced. The issue with the barcode was caused by the State of Illinois. This is an error on their part and we have no control over documents having a barcode or not. Drivers license offices have employees. Some are better trained than others. Some are nicer and more helpful than others. It appears that the employee that was working with you did not understand the best way to help you. You should have not been required to take any driving course twice. Again, our sincere apology
