Thanks for your feedback.
The email you received is an automated email from the system designed to prompt couples when a payment has not been successful, so that they don't think their wedding is covered when it isn't.
In your case there seems to have been a delay in receiving the positive confirmation from your bank, which would have resulted in this email being sent and you also receiving your policy documents.
Your situation is rare but it does happen. The member of staff who answered your call should have picked up this sooner, so we will review the process to see how we can improve it, and genuine customer reviews like yours allows us to do this.
Excellent service. I had to change my date a week later. Very helpful. Professional. Very prompt with changing the date. Polite. Well done.
