Great policy but documents not sent and hours chasing by phone/chat.

Thanks for your feedback and apologies your docs didn't turn up. We have put measures in place this week which should improve email deliverability.
We are pleased that you managed to get your documents in the end and your experience with the Customer Services team was positive. We are experiencing heavy call volumes hence the unfortunately long wait.

Easy to use but no policy certificate number provided.
It was easy to find what I wanted but I lost internet and wasn't able to print my policy and now I don't have a policy certificate or number.
