Incorrect product sent -no response when I try to sort it. Awful service
I was sent an item I hadn't ordered rather than what I wanted. I have emailed and used their contact form - 2 weeks on from this, still no response and no resolution.
The flour we get is great- but...

Good Flour delivered to the door, easy to order. However new 16 kg bags more difficult to move than the 10 kg bags I was used to.
