I once was a Discovery Member, left and I am back. The service I personally received is second to none in the Health Care Insurance.

I received friendly, quick and professional service

Explaining the whole process and my purchase in a way that I could understand. The lady that assisted was also very professional but friendly.

customer service was poor, the lady said she would call me back tomorrow to verify if I need to transfer the money or they’ll debit it, I had to call for follow up.
