The only trouble I have is that I rarely am able to communicate with the same person when the only email address I have is the general one for 'Discover Australia'. Sometimes it would be nice to...

They attended to my requests for change when required. We booked over 12months in advance of the travel we require and have yet to experience the end result of that. The only thing I was unhappy...

The booking all went well excellent service ... I did have a issue with a lost intinary and have made a request for it to be resent and have not received a reply ...its been approx 10 days ..

The travel consultant was very helpful

Staff very helpful and obliging.

I found my experience excellent Friendly staff & helpful

Very prompt service and very helpful

As we have not had our holiday yet the final arrangements have not been done, the paperwork so far has been OK. I just hope it all goes well and we are looking forward to the train travel.

Poor communicators, poor internal systems, lack of follow up on issues. Could not recommend to otherscand woukd not use again.
