I had excellent service no fuss very professional, I have used them before and had exactly the same service our trip to WA was excellent. Kind regards Maureen

While their website is deceiving, once the decision was made to which package we wanted the booking staff were very helpful and professional.

The service was friendly and respectful - I changed my mind many times and they never become frustrated with my requests - thanks Amy

The girls were very polite and helpful, all the questions they answered on email the next day. We were very pleased with the service. We had a trip up noth and have booked to go over to the west...

service was very good trip not until December

The first person was excellent I spoke to.Then I rang again to question about the price, the girl was not very nice,so I was disappointed. Joan Miller

A little slow at responding to requests for information, but overall good service. I hope everything comes together when we take our trip.

I was pleased with the service, very good would be better, I haven't given an excellent because I never think anything is perfect! We are looking forward to our trip.

We liked the prompt response, by Amy. We made several calls about various aspects of the trip which were sorted to our satisfaction. we now wait for it all to begin.
