Ease of comparison of flight times, cost, routes etc. Straightforward booking process, comprehensive information on baggage etc.

New checkin software does not work.

I spent HOURS trying to checkin on line and because of the new software you have employed I could not do so. I checked in at the airport without trouble. Please get rid of it.
