Attempted to book a flight online via their website, which failed and told me to call back and book via a contact number. Called and booked the flight via a phone call.

Good process

Very straight forward process of booking the flight. After receiving the booking ref was able to see the details about my flight. The only thing I would say is that it does not show what terminal to...

Great service

Lovely to talk to a human being able to answer question and discuss options. Delighted that service includes check in and boarding cards via post.
