The lady we spoke to when we phoned to book a holiday was very helpful and helped us to get the room type we wanted and arranged our transport to our hotel.

Didn't really get to experience service properly., which is a shame because that's what I wanted when booking. Your website better value and was told couldn't match it. No idea why same company

We are sorry you feel that this is how your experience was, our website booking system relies on live feeds from our suppliers, brokers and airlines we are unfortunately not in control of momentary price changes, fluctuations or changes in availability provided by the same. When a consultant quotes they access these suppliers booking systems directly for availability and price but would have no ability to know if the hotel supplier is the same as that for the online offer in order to match the price for that aspect. However, we are pleased if you managed to book online and were fortunate to benefit from a better offer.

Easy to navigate website , good value holidays on offer. I had a slight issue with the issue of the ATOL certificate, but this was quickly resolved after contacting customer services via email....
