great prices poor after sales
the website is very good and the prices great, but once you have paid the customer after service is very poor as you cannot get through

We do apologise for any difficulty in reaching our after sales team. Due to recent weather conditions which have affected travel services, our telephone lines and emails have been receiving very high volumes of traffic.
