Our requirement was for a group with different occupancy on rooms and different flights. The agent nnadeen (NE137), took care of all the details and made it easy to book.

The service is lacklustre & the only reason we booked was due to the island we wanted to go to. It was impossible to speak to anyone when we had issues with our payment - it feels it is a very cheap...

We sincerely apologise that you have felt our service is lacking. However, according to the recorded notes on your booking the sales agent confirmed all details on the day of the sale and the booking confirmation sent the same day. Our after sales team have no emails and there appears to be no contact by telephone. Should you have any issues please email our customer service department who will be more than happy to assist.

Sorry but we tried calling many times and even had an electronic chat to try and resolve the payment issues. Compared to other companies the service is poor as it is not possible to speak to anyone - feels it is all done on the cheap
