Hello Mrs Bradley, the deposit was advised as being forfeit if you cancelled entirely, there was no credit option but the deposit could be transferred if you amended and would not be lost. This has been confirmed to you. Once you decide on the option you require, your record will be adjusted by the system and new costs will show, we do not have access to the breakdown your agent may have quoted.

I was advised a credit would sit ion my account if I was to cancel the hotels it’s within the cancellation period if this is not your policy then you need to let your staff know this so they do but miss-represent your company
I am happy to transfer the deposit if you can give me a breakdown of the two hotels
I keep asking for this and being told it is not possible ?
So how do. I amend and transfer the deposit if I do not know the price
Where is the new confirmation with the correct name spellings
We are taking about £135.00 not thousands please sort it out so as I can put on a positive review
