Booking our cruise was easy but in the confirmation sent by email files in Word format could not be opened on my Apple iPhone or iPad. We have reported this back and after 3 weeks had no answer back.

The booking process was very easy and the prices very competitive. Our holiday is booked for next May so we cannot comment on the holiday yet.
