I am sorry that you are displeased with the time period in which we must allow to send out your free Gift Card.
We are unfortunately unable to send these instantly as per our terms and conditions, but the maximum duration we advise is a period of sixty working days and this will be via email.
However, as you have advised you are yet to receive this, I have arranged for one to be sent to you in the post as soon as possible.
