I purchase Debenhams Travel Insurance in good faith but on my return flight being cancelled I was informed the this wasn't covered.

they renewed my insurance even though I had cancelled this . I did not want worldwide insurance just for Europe. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A money off VOUCHER from them for purchasing insurance.
Simple to use website, competitive premiums, gift card bonus.

Thankfully didn't have to use it, but transaction all went smoothly, and I received my voucher within the week!
I was able to get coverage for my minor medical conditions by filling in an online questionnaire, unlike most insurers that require a phone call. The additional fee for these was modest.
