Thank you for your comments. It's a shame to hear about the less-than-perfect name tag. Always happy to replace things like that, so please do get in touch should it happen again. Although it is a very rare occurrence. And if you'd prefer a specific shade of bamboo root, then we'll do what we can to help, or replace it in the future. All bamboo root is unique, and everything is carved by hand... but we can try to match up where possible. Especially to ensure all customers are smiling all the time! Thank you.
