Hello. Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. As a nice promotion for our official garden centre and gift shop stockists, we've covered the cost of the luxury gift bags for the last year or so. That's probably why you got one from the local supplier, so that's great. Because all our characters are crafted and painted by hand, they are not packed in boxes by default, similar to sculptures and art pieces. We do ensure they are placed into the boxes with generous amounts of special biofil pellets that are nice for safe packing, and nice for the environment. We do have promotions for our special boxes and bags from time to time, so please keep a look out for those. And, based on your feedback, we'll also think about other affordable ways we can send all our characters to their new homes in something more suitable perhaps. Especially as we'd like every single customer to have a 5-star experience. Thank you again for the comments, and your support.
