Hello. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such detailed feedback. We're only happy if every single customer has a 5-star, memorable experience with us.. and so any constructive comments and suggestions are always welcome. We're actually looking at a review of our postal options in the new year, based on recent experiences with Royal Mail and also affordability.. and we'll always do what we can when it comes to making postage the part that isn't even considered in the future. Whilst we have confirmed prices for our characters to represent the time and effort spent making each one by hand, some of our official stockists do end up offering them cheaper from time to time. Whilst not ideal, it's not something we can regularly enforce, as some stores might have other stock items covering the total price as well. Many items are on dcuk.com as exclusives as they are crafted in very limited numbers, and can't be sold at a larger scale to shops and garden centres. We also offer ourselves as a back-up to official stockists, should there be a specific character in demand. Thank you for the comments on the 'find a stockist' map - it's a relatively new (but essential) feature on our website, and it's still being updated ahead of the new year, with the help of our stockists themselves. As you say, it's important to help customers find a local stockist near them - as it's really great to be able to see, touch, and take away DCUK in person sometimes. Finally, it's fab to have some suggestions for the Sports Collection. Again, we've only recently created it as a specific group, as cyclists have been our go-to range. Watch this space though, as we've got several exciting new characters in development. Plus, there will be an opportunity for customers and DCUK fans to suggest their own designs or ideas as part of our 20th anniversary celebrations in 2024. Maybe you could give us some more pointers for a new golf duck? We did one a long time ago I believe, but it's certainly time to revisit. Phew. This was a rare long reply to a DCUK review - but I wanted to try and acknowledge your own effort in taking the time to give us such a detailed and mostly positive review. As I say, we really do want everyone to know we're a customer-focused business. And, this type of review helps us to do just that. So thanks again, and best wishes to you and yours.
