Hi Jerome, thank you for your 5 star review and for the feedback. We have a plain packaging option that we mention a couple of times during the checkout process. We used to get a few people missing the service before, so tried to make it even easier to request it. We cover the logo's when this is requested but will take into account the use of plain boxes in busier periods like Christmas. We're glad they didn't see and hope they loved their ducks!
