Thank you for your patience, we're glad you managed to get your hands on one of our Dodo's this time, and that it was worth the wait!

Hi, thank you for your patience whilst we perfected our Dodo, we're glad you like them! Thank you also for your kind words with this fab review!

Hi Kate, thank you for this amazing review, and for your patience and understanding whilst we we're dealing with an issue. Your kind words mean a lot to our team!

Thank you again for your feedback. As mentioned, we've worked hard to include several 'warnings' before an order is completed - notifying customers of potential import fees from overseas, which we have no control over sadly. We're still looking at other courier options to make it even more affordable, but also hoping the EU will revert some of their duties policies again. It's a shame that our massive commitment to 5-star customer service has taken a dent with this 2-star review, seemingly to do with import duties out of our control, and ones we warn about before ordering. Never mind. Hopefully other customers will appreciate the situation. Thank you again.

Hi Grant, thank you so much for this lovely review, we're glad you're happy with everything!
