Hi Helen, thank you for this lovely review, means the world to our team here at DCUK!

Hi Claire, sorry to hear your disappointed, we try our best to ensure our ducks aren't damaged in transit. We have our DCUK paper to prevent any scratching and then our biodegradable 'nuggets' to keep the duck safe and cushioned. We have found this is a good way of keeping our ducks, that aren't in a Luxury Gift Box, safe during their journey to their new homes. However we are always looking for ways to improve our customers experience so we will take your suggestions on board for the future. We hope you like your new duck friend!

Hi Abbey, thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear your new Dodo friend wasn't very tidy. We will work on making this better in the future. We hope the receipt loves their new Dodo!
