We are sincerely sorry for the lengthy delay and appreciate that you have been very patient. Unfortunately the problem was out of our hands as the delay was at the suppliers end and there was nothing we could do to speed it up. The order did leave us yesterday for delivery to you today. We do hope you'll be happy with the curtains and bedding and sincerely hope that you will give us a further chance in the future to prove to you just how good our service can be.
