We're sorry to find that you're disappointed with the net curtains. We have found that the more customers do not want their net curtains to be side-seamed than do, so we offer this as an optional extra rather than as standard. As the service adds £3 to each piece of net we feel it is fairer to allow customers to add the service on, rather than to have to opt out of it.
