We are saddened to see your review. We of course never wish for our customers to receive damaged goods and work hard to resolve any issues that our customers may face as soon as possible.. As part of our terms and conditions, we kindly advise our customers to inspect their delivered goods within 72 hours and promptly report any damages or missing parts within this timeframe, and not to assemble it as this can significantly impact the resolution process. Whilst you did contact us, the images provided showed the item fully assembled. Despite this, a member of our team reached out and offered to resolve this by organising replacement parts or offering a partial refund. The offer of replacement parts was declined and a partial refund confirmed and agreed with you. This refund has since been processed via the original payment method.
