We're truly saddened to see your feedback, we would have loved the opportunity to assist you if you had contacted us. Looking at the delivery tracking, we can see that the delivery was attempted on Saturday however, they were unable to deliver as no one was home. The tracking shows the option to rearrange your delivery for a date that you are available with dates available all week or alternatively, you have the option to change the delivery address. A member of the team will be in touch with you today in the hope to turn this around.
