We're sorry for any confusion surrounding the sizing of the belt you have received from us, as well as for any difficulties you have encountered in returning it. The measurement on a belt is taken from the middle of the five 'notches', so there will be a little extra length beyond this. That ensures that the belt is still fine for use should you either lose or gain a little weight. We have gone ahead and logged your return for you just now, so please look out for an email shortly containing your Aus Post return label. Please print this off and pop the item back to us when you have the time, and we'll ensure that a refund is issued accordingly.
