Hi Angela, Just to let you know that we have paid for both cruises on Radiance of the Seas. We had to book our own flights and hotel accommodation before and after Cruise's, with a different supplier as not happy of the choices from Cruise Away, and still no offer of on board credit. Thank you Nigel

Thank you, I now have received my refund, it took far too long to what I was promised An inconvenience as I had to pay my credit card befor the refund. And thanks for keeping the extra credit card fee
