Simple and easy to send off. Downside is the price Anton charge for service, will be going to Kane for my next analyser.

Poor service
Calibration cert was not signed. Had to call numerous times to sort it out and even then all they were apparently unable to send a new one by post as they all work from home!

Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies that your calibration certificate was not signed and we where not able to send you a copy in the post. Going forward, if required, we will be able to post copies of certificates and will be sending electronic copies of calibration certificates by email once the analyser’s service is completed alongside a paper copy sent with analyser. We have made changes to our booking-in process to ensure that units do not get lost when they are received. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you feel our DPD drop at shop service is complicated. We choose to work with DPD due to the network of over 2500 drop of locations across the UK and easy to use website, to give our customers flexibility on when and where they can drop their analyser off to be sent back for service. Please also accept my apologies for the one-day delay in returning your analyser, unfortunately due to the current circumstances we live in, on the rare occasion DPD are unable to delivery next day.
