Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. When your concerns were raised locally the property manager made efforts to address the issues, including fixing the lights, shutters, dishwasher and removing the ant problem. We are in discussion with the property to ensure that all aspects of the villa meet the high standards our guests expect. We appreciate your input and are committed to clarifying and rectifying the situation locally. Thank you once again for bringing this matter to our attention.
