Dear Customer,
We are very sorry that you received your parcel with delay. We where dispatched your parcel the same day. Unfortunately, due to heavy snowfall all courier deliveries where delayed.
We double check and we can't see your message. Usually, we responding very quickly, the same day and we are not sure what happened.
We do apologise for the delay. It was out of our control and caused by unexpected bad winter weather.
We hope you will change your mind about our service.
