Wished we were offered a refund or a pause on our insurance.
We never got to use this insurance due to our trip being cancelled due to the corona Virus.

Would be great if someone answered the 3 emails I’ve sent over the last month. Have been waiting for a refund on our cancelled trip and nothing !
