I'm sorry you are disappointed with the premium. I've had a look through our file and can see that we quoted you in March and then again in July, before you went on cover. We do try and keep prices as low as we are able to, but unfortunately there was a rating increase from Insurers within that period which was outside of our control. Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. The insurance market for cars and drones is vastly different. We've worked really hard to put together the most competitive drone policy we can, but if we can reduce prices in the future, we would be more than happy to do so. Customer service is something we take very seriously and I'm sorry you thought this was 'average'. I've had a look at your file and can't see any procedural issues there.
