Thank you for your feedback. I’m pleased you considered our service great and that it was quick. This is a visual inspection and there are limitations a Surveyor may face, such as hidden sections of roof, access to roof voids or where carpets and furniture obstruct an inspection. We do our best to inspect all areas of a property but sometimes it is necessary for the Surveyor to rely on their experience and to make you aware of potential issues you could face should specific areas in the property not be inspected.
