Hi David, thank you for your feedback and apologies on the mix-up, with items being delivered but no notification from An Post to us or yourself that they had been left in the polytunnel, we have raised issue to provide delivery status notification via email for future orders.

Hi Aisling, thank you for your feedback and our apologies on the delay on delivery, the package left our warehouse within 48 hours of ordering and we were not informed of any delays by the courier, we have confirmation of delivery completed today and we have provided feedback to the courier of the poor service delivery.
