The service was fine but the car needs a new timer belt which i think should have been replaced before sae as it was 10nyears old.

Hello and thanks for your feedback. The vehicle had undergone a fully-independent MOT inspection prior to sale with no advisories prior to sale. When returning your vehicle - yes, we passed the vehicle to trade immediately. This is to ensure that anything such as speeding fines, or parking tickets - are not your liability from that point forward. Once the payment has been made from our end, this can take time to clear, but we have yet to see this fail once the card machine authorises the transaction. We are however, extremely concerned with your experience and will investigate this throroughly to ascertain what exactly has happened.
